Description:  They are still working to convert this trestle to a full scale. You can walk about half way out onto it so far, but not at the point in the photograph. This trestle is located directly beside a new portion of the "Peak By-Pass."

Description:  On the markers at the trail, they actually list this as the first trestle on the trail, somehow overlooking the huge bridge over the Broad River. This bridge hasn't been funnly converted yet, but in this shot from my son Michael, you can tell some of it is finished.
